Job Description

As an Adoption Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders to execute adoption and efficiency plans to achieve client goals. You will manage and direct project scope, while identifying risk areas and proposing resolution strategies to leadership. In addition, you will localize the client adoption plan by sharing best practices and leveraging behavior change techniques and adult learning principles. You will function as an integral part of the Adoption community; mentoring and educating other associates on adoption strategy and ensuring best practices are being observed and rolled out across engagements. Responsibilities:Analyze user experience and other client outcomes data, and incorporate organizational change techniques and adult learning principles to develop client adoption plans Consult with internal and external client stakeholders to propose and execute adoption strategies to achieve client objectivesBuild and strengthen relationships with client executives and leaders to promote a positive caregiver experience Oversee and deliver overall project scope and manage financials and other project operations for one or more client engagementsProactively identify and troubleshoot project issues and risks, propose resolution strategies, and escalate as appropriateDirect, and enable adoption associates responsible for client deliverables by helping to remove or overcome client resistance or other barriersPropose new approaches to create and deliver onboarding and continuous education plans for assigned products and offerings for internal, third party, or client resources delivering adoption supportPropose options and educate clients on available analytics tools and adoption best practicesProvide analysis and reporting to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achievedTrain associates within the analytics and adoption community; share suggestions for improvements to processes and best practices with leadersExpectationsMust be able to obtain and maintain a federal clearance (US Citizen)Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionWilling to travel up to 80% as neededPerform other responsibilities as assignedBasic QualificationsAt least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experienceAt least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationHigh School Diploma Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experienceMaster's degree or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least 2 year of project management work experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from $28.41 to $56.83 per hour; from: $59,100 to $118,200 per annum. Required Qualifications

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: (experience, 6 years)
  • At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience (experience, 1 years)
  • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education (experience, 5 years)
  • High School Diploma (experience)
