Job Description

We are hiring a Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate Oracle Health General Lab consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business. NOTE: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass Public Trust security clearance ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex data to determine configuration readinessAssist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configurationComplete complex system configurations independently Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred toolsServe as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issuesAdopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvementsDrive tools development and troubleshootingCoach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as neededQualifications:2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Blood Bank product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
