Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated AI Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing cloud-based data pipelines and AI data platforms that support our enterprise-scale initiatives in an IC customer space. This role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with Oracle-based systems in high-volume environments. Required Skills:Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with poly required Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 10+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database management and building enterprise-scale mission systems, preferably within the federal sectorExperience with managing geospatial intelligence data (vectors and rasters) Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCPStrong experience with architecting and implementing Oracle Databases AI-enabling data using Vector data type, RAG, and MCPStrong knowledge of ETL pipeline design (including data transformations) and implementation for large-scale data systemsContainers/KubernetesProficiency in shell scripting, Python, or other automation toolsFamiliarity with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage practicesAbility to work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DBAs, and business analystsStrong verbal and written communication skills for documenting and presenting solutions Desired Skills:Designing multi-modal databases that integrate multiple data types, including:RelationalSpatialJSONGraphKnowledge of data security best practices and regulatory compliance Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in a data engineering contextCreating and deploying RESTful APIs; Oracle API GatewayOracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Database Certified Professional or OCI Architect Professional) are a plusExperience supporting Intelligence Community (IC)-related agenciesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $209,500 per annum. Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with poly required (experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (degree in computer science)
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database management and building enterprise-scale mission systems, preferably within the federal sector (experience, 10 years)
  • Experience with managing geospatial intelligence data (vectors and rasters) (experience)
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP (experience)
