Working with the Global Field GTM & Enablement Lead, this role provides practical coordination and delivery support across several areas, including communications, customer success stories, events, data and reporting, special programs, and day-to-day team support. Key Program & Project CoordinationProvide coordination and administrative support across key GTM and enablement programs and projects. Maintain plans, timelines, trackers, meeting materials, stakeholder inputs, and follow-up actions; flag risks or delays to support timely execution.2. Demand Generation, Campaigns & Event SupportSupport the coordination and delivery of demand-generation activities, campaigns, and events. Assist with planning, logistics, communications, materials, attendee and supplier coordination, follow-up, and reporting to enable smooth execution.3. Customer References & Success StoriesSupport customer reference and success-story activities by maintaining nomination and approval trackers, coordinating inputs and asset development, managing evidence repositories, and helping teams access approved customer proof points.4. Communications, Content & Enablement SupportSupport regional communications, creative content, sales play materials, and enablement activities.
