The Enterprise Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Electrical Systems is responsible for developing, standardizing, and delivering enterprise-level technical training for Data Center Critical Facilities Engineering (DCFE) personnel across Oracle’s global data center portfolio. As a member of the DCFE Training Center of Excellence, this role serves as the technical authority for electrical infrastructure training and partners closely with Instructional Designers to develop curriculum, qualification standards, and learning solutions. This position is centrally based in Nashville and requires frequent travel to Oracle data center campuses to support instructor-led training, operational readiness, commissioning activities, and workforce development initiatives.
