We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with 6+ years of Financial Reporting and Analytics experience, preferably within Oracle or a similar enterprise environment. This role supports Tech Cloud Finance by delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, executive dashboards, KPI analysis, business performance insights, and quarter-end close activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable managing large datasets, and able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely financial insights while driving reporting efficiency and process improvements. One must be excellent in communication/presentation. Key Responsibilities:Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reports supporting business decision-making.Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and quarter-end financial close activities.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, investigate variances, and provide business recommendations.Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPI reports, backlog reporting, and consumption reporting.Support revenue, expense, headcount, cost center, and business performance analysis.Partner with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely reporting.Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership priorities and strategic initiatives. Qualifications & Skills:MandatoryPost Graduate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline6+ years of Financial Reporting and Analytics experienceStrong financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting expertiseGood understanding of AI in terms of business requirement/use.Experience building financial models and interpreting financial dataAdvanced Excel and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities within tight reporting timelinesStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools for financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.
