In this role you will be accountable for delivery execution of the Change Management strategy to multiple sites where you will be uniquely responsible for delivering excellence in scope, on time, and in budget. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance and meet project objectives. Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. Determine success metrics, monitor change progress, and provide updates on change readiness. Contribute industry expertise and leadership to influence organizational change management methodology across Oracle. Act as an escalation pathway to Change Leads and address risks accordingly Understand and connect complex business functions, standard operating procedures and data to identify and mitigate adoption risks. Codify value of change management solutions by measuring results and their impact on individuals, teams or businesses. Complete multiple contractual written deliverables on a monthly cadence. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute client vision, strategy and objectives. Mentor and guide junior and senior change managers at all project levels Have financial responsibility to deliver change management project on time, on budget and in scope. Be knowledgeable of changes within the deployment and sustainment methodologies. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
