Required Qualifications Experience in ERP system implementations and business process optimization, particularly in SaaS, or technology-driven business models. Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules or other ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, etc.), with expertise in finance, supply chain, or subscription models Experience with Brazilian Tax system and accounting. Expertise with BR localization for ERP A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in business operations roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset for process improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Portuguese and English (advanced level), with the ability to communicate effectively internally and participate in trainings.
