We are looking to hire someone local to or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN. The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager to work with internal and external customers to deliver best-in-class service at scale, advancing the Operator experience for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy. Your primary objective will be to spearhead the strategy and technical requirements to improve privileged access management, service account governance, credential rotation, and emergency access procedures with immutable logging and audit records for changes and incidents. Both technical and product knowledge is required as you will face a broad range of requirements posed by internal and external sources with the challenge of determining the appropriate path forward. Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience. With good organization skills you will help colleagues stay focused on the right priorities while providing insights and direction to leadership A successful candidate will have a passion for product management and has strong experience with identity and acess, user interfaces, API’s, and productizing capabilities. Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics. Equally important is a proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication. Qualifications6+ years of relevant hands-on product strategy experience with cloud within the security domain.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.Ability to define and shape the product strategy for developer operations and service reliability.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment.
