Solid understanding of QA processes, test design, regression testing, and defect management. Experience working in agile development environments. Healthcare, patient portal, or regulated software testing experience. Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API workflows.Validate end-to-end Patient Portal experiences across browsers, devices, iOS, and Android.Create and execute functional, regression, integration, system, and release-readiness tests.Identify, debug, and clearly document defects with reproducible steps.Work closely with development, product, and UX teams to define quality criteria.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and analyze automation results.Contribute to testing strategies for AI-enabled features where outputs may be non-deterministic.
