As a Senior AI Software Engineer at Oracle MADC, you will help build AI capabilities into Oracle products through strong software engineering, technical leadership, and high-quality execution.This is a software engineering role for someone who can work confidently across large codebases, design reliable systems, and deliver production-ready features at speed. You will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and evolution of AI-enabled product capabilities, working closely with engineering, product, and AI teams. RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.Strong professional experience in software engineering, preferably in backend, platform, infrastructure, or enterprise product development.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and software architecture.Experience designing and building production-grade services, APIs, SDKs, libraries, or platform components.Ability to work effectively in large, complex codebases and deliver high-quality changes with limited ramp-up time.Working knowledge of modern AI systems, Large Language Models, AI application development, or AI platform integration.Experience with testing, debugging, performance analysis, CI/CD, and production support practices.Strong technical leadership skills, including code review, design review, mentoring, and engineering planning.Excellent problem-solving, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience building AI-enabled enterprise applications or AI platform capabilities.Experience with distributed systems, cloud services, or large-scale backend platforms.Experience developing developer-facing tools, SDKs, APIs, or internal engineering frameworks.Familiarity with LLM orchestration, evaluation, RAG, agentic workflows, observability, or AI governance.Prior experience as a technical lead or senior engineer driving execution across multiple contributors.
