Key ResponsibilitiesData Center Design & Implementation-Cabling Infrastructure:-Contributes to designs for structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions. -Deploys physical plant cabling systems as instructed. -Adheres to global data center cabling and infrastructure standards. -Troubleshoots standard and non-standard cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords. Data Center Design & Implementation-Implementation & Continuous Improvement:-Implements infrastructure for Oracle data centers. -Delivers sustainable and repeatable solutions to support the continuous improvement of data centers. Project Management-Project Planning:-Understands the scope of project work by reviewing the Bill of Materials and resources available and reviews the project roadmap to align with the scope and business needs. -Prioritizes customer experience in project planning and delivery. Project Management-Reporting & Documentation:-Builds relationships with Program Management teams to support completion of project deliverables on time. -Reports on and documents project updates to inform team leads of status and roadblocks. -Maintains documentation on cabling and build standards for data center infrastructure.
