Job Description

This role leads end-to-end order execution from purchase through delivery in OCI data centers, ensuring on-time, right-first-time delivery. The PM drives inventory optimization and proactively de-risks hardware blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness, while building cross-functional operating mechanisms with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Delivery teams. They automate and streamline processes and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation, and visibility, and establish KPIs with executive-ready dashboards for cycle time, reuse, redeployment, excess reduction, and cost-to-serve. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end order execution from purchase through delivery for OCI data center hardware.Ensure on-time, right-first-time delivery while proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain and operational risks.Drive inventory optimization and manage hardware blockers across suppliers, logistics, quality, regulatory, and site readiness functions.Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Delivery, and other stakeholders to establish scalable operating mechanisms.Automate and streamline supply chain processes, workflows, and data flows to improve forecasting, allocation, and visibility.Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPIs for cycle time, redeployment, reuse, excess reduction, and cost-to-serve metrics.Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure compliance with Oracle standards and expectations.Drive supply chain initiatives, operational improvements, and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.Build strong stakeholder relationships across Oracle lines of business and external supplier organizations.Influence product and supplier selection decisions based on cost, technology, and continuity of supply considerations.
