Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – Oracle HCM Do you enjoy inspiring people as much as solving business challenges? What You'll Do Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and design tailored Oracle HCM solutions. Lead discovery workshops and strategic conversations with HR leaders and executives. Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts that bring Oracle HCM to life. Present confidently to audiences of all sizes, from executive meetings to customer events. Champion Oracle's AI and Agentic AI capabilities and demonstrate their business value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Support the sales cycle with RFI/RFP responses and build trusted customer relationships. What You'll Bring Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the confidence to engage and influence audiences at every level.At least 5 years of experience in HCM as an HRIS professional, Solutions Engineer, HR Transformation Consultant, or HCM Implementation Consultant.Experience with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HCM platforms.A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.The ability to engage with CHROs, HR leaders, HRBPs, HRIS teams, and senior stakeholders across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Workforce Management, and more.A self-driven, collaborative mindset with strong learning agility and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
