This organization will be responsible for developing OCI's standardized data center design platforms, creating engineering standards and reference architectures, driving design innovation, and ensuring designs are optimized for constructability, scalability, manufacturability, operational excellence, and total lifecycle cost. The role will establish engineering ownership across the entire design lifecycle—from concept development and requirements definition through detailed engineering, design validation, deployment support, and continuous design improvement. In partnership with OEMs and strategic suppliers, this leader will also define OCI's modular infrastructure strategy, drive off-site manufacturing and assembly initiatives, influence technology roadmaps and product selection, and help shape next-generation infrastructure solutions that accelerate deployment while improving quality and consistency across OCI's global fleet.
