You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.Job SummaryPosition SummaryThe Identity Security Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's Identity Security business across Argentina and Chile. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and executing the full sales cycle for Identity Security solutions, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Zero Trust technologies.The successful candidate will work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal technical teams to deliver business value through consultative selling and achieve assigned sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the sales strategy for the Argentina and Chile territories.Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Security Directors, and business decision-makers.Understand customer business challenges and align Identity Security solutions to meet their strategic objectives.Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology Partners to deliver winning solutions.Conduct executive presentations, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and value-based sales engagements.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity management within the CRM system.Work closely with channel partners and strategic alliances to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.Participate in industry events, conferences, webinars, and customer workshops.Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.​Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise technology sales experience.Experience selling cybersecurity, identity, cloud, or infrastructure solutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Fluent in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.Willingness to travel throughout Argentina and Chile as required.Qualifications Preferred ExperienceIdentity and Access Management (IAM)Privileged Access Management (PAM)Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)Single Sign-On (SSO)Zero Trust SecurityCybersecurity SaaS PlatformsCore CompetenciesConsultative SellingStrategic Account ManagementExecutive PresenceBusiness DevelopmentCustomer Relationship ManagementNegotiation and Closing SkillsResults-Oriented MindsetCross-Functional CollaborationStrong Communication and Presentation SkillsPipeline Management and Forecast AccuracyKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of quarterly and annual sales quotaRevenue growthNew customer acquisitionPipeline generation and coverageSales forecast accuracyOpportunity conversion rateCustomer retention and account expansionPartner-generated revenueLocationTerritory: Argentina & ChileTravel required across both countriesOur Commitment We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo.
