You will serve as the orchestrator of executive-facing forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate brings deep program and portfolio management expertise, proven success scaling process adoption, and experience driving GTM or CX transformation in a high-growth technology company.Your ImpactA. Executive Alignment & CommunicationOrchestrate key executive forums, including GTM/CX QBRs, All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessionsPartner with functional leaders to shape agendas, curate insights, and ensure clarity of message to stakeholdersDeliver crisp, compelling updates to C-level executives and senior leadership on GTM/CX portfolio health and strategic outcomesBuild strong narratives that connect portfolio initiatives to business results, customer impact, and field productivityQualifications Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with minimum 12+ years of program management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.Experience with a top-tier strategy, operations, or technology consulting firm.Experience in at least one defined GTM/CX domain (e.g., sales, CPQ, customer success).Proven track record of structuring ambiguous problems and driving executive alignment.Background in technology transformation, operating model change, or system implementations.Preferred QualificationsMBA from a top-tier university.Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
