The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where energy, drive, and a collaborative approach are key to success. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide the program management for enterprise deployment of Information Security and Product Security programs and projectsDrive planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiativesManage and maintain team backlogs and drive effective prioritization Good understanding on release life cycle processes and able to drive best practices, metrics and high quality standards with delivery teamWork with multiple Product and Engineering stakeholders to identify & manage program/project dependencies & come up with an execution planProvide clear, concise, transparent, and insightful status reporting to the team, executives, and a diverse set of stakeholdersDrive efforts to resolve key project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution pathsCreate a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation and learningUnderstand the systems in their program space, the limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind architectural decisionsQualifications QualificationsA minimum of 7+ years relevant experience in a product development, product security or information security environment with an emphasis on technical program management and product development. Jira expert with deep knowledge of both On-Prem and Cloud environments. Highly proficient in Rich Filters and Advanced Roadmaps (Jira Plans), with experience operating at a Scrum Master levelA self-starter who excels at independent problem-solving.
