The team’s mission is to solve workload identity and authentication problems our customers face, and to secure workload communication while practicing the highest security standards and providing the best possible user experience. We are looking for an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join us in our journey to provide a great product to our customers. ResponsibilitiesWorking with developers to design and implement any infrastructure changes needed for new featuresDevelop and maintain IaC with Terraform and other tools to deploy our services to multiple environmentsJenkins pipeline development and maintenance for CI/CDManaging AWS cloud accounts, including IAM, EKS, RDS, and moreSetting up monitoring, logging and observability infrastructure to ensure that our product is working well, we know about issues before our customers, and we can debug those issues in productionDesign and maintain disaster recovery procedures, including on-call processes and incident response, backups and fire drillsParticipate in on-call rotationsWorking with the centralised security team to ensure that our infrastructure is secure, with defence in depth, including triaging security issues and updating versions to fix issuesAid in data-driven performance optimisation and cost reduction effortsQualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Software Developer, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer, or similarExperience leading on designing and implementing new infrastructure or substantial changes to existing infrastructureExperience working with AWS, Jenkins, Terraform and Kubernetes (or equivalents)Experience working on continuously deployed services, and with the related tooling: e.g. ArgoCD, Flux, GitOps etc.Strong English communication skillsUses a thorough and methodical approach to tasks and troubleshooting. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Software Developer, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer, or similar (experience, 5 years)
  • Experience leading on designing and implementing new infrastructure or substantial changes to existing infrastructure (experience)
  • Experience working with AWS, Jenkins, Terraform and Kubernetes (or equivalents) (experience)
  • Experience working on continuously deployed services, and with the related tooling: e.g. ArgoCD, Flux, GitOps etc. (experience)
  • Strong English communication skills (experience)
