Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure solutions are implemented using an Agile mindset and support consistent incremental delivery of a Minimum Viable Product. Provide operational support to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve product issues specific to Salesforce.Day-to-Day Responsibilities• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing configuration, security, and system maintenance.• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, page layouts, permission sets, and other declarative features.• Work to understand the business processes supported by technology systems.• Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager, and other SMEs to identify, create, and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and training materials.• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics tools, and data visualizations.• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, profiles, permissions, and data access controls.• Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.• Work with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution.• Manage Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features.Strongly Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business/IT/Computer Science or related field OR a combination of education plus equivalent level of work experience.• 2–4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role.• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator).• Strong understanding of Consumer Goods Cloud.• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.• Strong understanding of B2B Commerce.• 2+ years’ experience in supporting business applications.• 2+ years of business systems analyst experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment preferred.• Experience working with business functions to understand and map processes to functional and technical specifications.• Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.• Understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces is preferred.• Knowledge of SQL databases and ability to write/run SQL queries is a plus.• Previous experience within the consumer products industry is a plus.• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, managing tasks, and adapting to a changing environment.• Knowledge of process analysis and design preferred.• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working and adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to understand business impact and prioritize assignments.• Able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time by car or plane.Compensation and BenefitsAs part of your total compensation package, you will also receive the following benefits: ◦ Paid time off, including holidays, vacation days, personal days, parental leave, and bereavement leave ◦ 401(k) with a company match ◦ Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as supplemental health plan options, including accident, critical illness, and hospitalization ◦ Savings and spending accounts ◦ Company-paid telemedicine services ◦ Free counseling and information services ◦ Wellness program ◦ Company-paid life insurance ◦ Company-paid disability coverage ◦ Adoption assistance ◦ Education assistance ◦ Legal service plan option ◦ Pay advance optionUnfortunately, we will be unable to offer visa sponsorships to candidates.EOE M/F/D/VPepsi Bottling Ventures is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
