Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle will operate safely.Positions trailers at docks for loading and unloading product.Keeps and maintains a driver’s log book each day.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent. DOT CDL class A License required or must be able to obtain DOT Class A license.Two Years tractor – trailer experience required.Experience positioning trailer at docks for loading and unloading. Able to pass a PBV driving skills test.Ability to work shift in excess of 8 hoursAbility to successfully pass DOT physical under guidelines set forth in Federal Motor Carriers Handbook.Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment.
