Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure solutions are implemented using an Agile mindset and support consistent incremental delivery of a Minimum Viable Product. Provide operational support to troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve product issues.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesWork to understand the business processes supported by technology systems; understand, create, and maintain business process flow diagrams (MS Visio)Configure/code technology systems and ensure appropriate system integration with dependent solutions; create functional specifications when handing off to other technology resources for development; work with technology resources to ensure technical specifications are accurate and support the functional specifications; ensure all configuration, development and integrations are thoroughly tested and ready for deployment; create/maintain test scripts to support testing.Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager and other SME’s to identify, create, and maintain business documentation using full suite of MS tools.Support the maintenance and upgrade of existing technology systems.
