Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology with 6-12 years of industry experienceStrong technical skills in method validation and testingNPI Developmental studies, MLT, BET, Sterility, Assay.Heat Shock tests and culture management.Experience in microbiological sterility testingDeep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance operationsDetail-oriented with robust knowledge of quality systemsFamiliarity with analytical laboratory environmentsEffective written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skillsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Relevant pharmaceutical experienceStrong understanding of computer system hardware, infrastructure, and networksExperience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)Proficiency in data analysis and interpretationKnowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelinesStrong problem-solving abilitiesEffective time management and organizational skillsAbility to mentor and train junior colleaguesExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
