Job Description
ROLE SUMMARYThe Payroll Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all payroll activities and operations for assigned payroll processes. Working as a part of a broader payroll team, the Payroll Associate ensures a compliant payroll aligned with regulatory and company standards.This role supports audit, handles payroll issues, prepares detailed reports and works closely with PX, Finance and external vendors to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.Role ResponsibilitiesExecute activities associated with the assigned payroll processes which include but are not limited to:Manage activities associated with regular execution of assigned payroll processes, including collection and validation of inputs and errorExecute payroll controls, validate and reconcile payroll filesProcess changes to correct errors or escalate to line managerReconcile and remit payments to statutory authoritiesMaintain payroll records and documentationPrepare and distribute payroll reports such as funding forecasts, bank and GL files for internal and external stakeholdersStays current and ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and collective agreementsAssists in audits where required (internal & external)Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with PX and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operationsServe as back-up for other team members as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field required1-2 years of payroll, accounting or human resources experienceKnowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processingAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationAble to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with colleagues at all levels of the organizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with multi-country (multi-state) or international payroll processingExperience with payroll software (e.g. ADP, Workday, SAP)Certified Payroll Professional, or similar professional designationAbility to speak multiple (additional) languages is a plus; Strong preference to Italian or Turkish languageWork Location Assignment: HybridPlease apply by sending your CV and a motivational letter in EnglishPurpose Breakthroughs that change patients' lives...
