Reporting to the CIO, the Lead Solutions Architect for the Office of the CTO is an Enterprise Infrastructure Director within PNC's Technology organization, and will be based in either Pittsburgh, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or Cleveland.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job DescriptionPartner with platform and infrastructure engineering teams to define solutions for technology product in the infrastructure and platform services departmentsPartner with software application engineering teams to understand how the architecture solutions offered by the Office of the CTO can be of use by application teamsDevelop usage patterns and standards that make CTO Services more consumable and inform automated delivery of those servicesDefine and incubate new CTO service solutions to meet application team requirementsBecome a trusted partner of application teams to maximize value and usage of CTO servicesFacilitate software team delivery by helping them create application solution designs that leverage CTO services and streamline the path to productionLead a set of solution architects and curate the professionTransform the architecture team into an "as code" approach - moving from authoring architecture in drawing tools (such as PowerPoint) into a domain specific language approach (such as LikeC4)Own the architecture target state for all Office of the CTO servicesPNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.PNC also has fundamental expectations of our people managers.
