At the Dayton Fulfillment Center, our team uses advanced automation and robotics technology to move these products to customers efficiently, safely, and reliably. Starting Pay: $27.70 Successfully complete your qualification period and receive your first pay increase to $28.80/hr after just 6 months. Shift Premiums: + $0.50/hr days (6 am – 6:30 pm) + $2.00/hr nights (6 pm – 6:30 am) + $2.50/hr rotating (2 week rotation between days to nights)​ Work Hours: 12-hour shifts, on a 2-2-3 schedule. Biweekly rotating days/nights schedule, straight days, and straight nights shifts available. With our 2-2-3 shift schedules, you get about 15 days off per month; including a 3-day weekend every other week!
