Responsibilities

• You will complete three cross-functional rotations in Moscow:
• In Sales/eCom: You will learn the fundamentals of customer management, selling and negotiation techniques, retail execution strategies, joint business planning (JBP) basics, and data fluency. You will develop understanding and contribute to KPIs such as Net Sales and Market shares progress, In-store and on-line execution, category/customer plans delivered, JBP milestones, specific project impact results, and personal skills development indicators.
• In Sales/eCom: You will learn the fundamentals of customer management, selling and negotiation techniques, retail execution strategies, joint business planning (JBP) basics, and data fluency. You will develop understanding and contribute to KPIs such as Net Sales and Market shares progress, In-store and on-line execution, category/customer plans delivered, JBP milestones, specific project impact results, and personal skills development indicators.
• In Brand: You will gain deep insights into consumer understanding, effective communication strategies, category management, brand building principles, and campaign/media fundamentals, including eCom brand media. You will learn to drive and measure contributions to KPIs including brand initiative delivery, insights translation, in-store and digital excellence contributions, project impact results, and personal skills growth.
• In Finance: You will develop a strong foundation in commercial finance, focusing on P&L and margin analysis, accurate forecasting, and finance-driven decision-making. You will learn to analyze and impact KPIs such as forecast accuracy, value creation cases, margin waterfall understanding, project outcomes, and personal finance skills development.
• In Brand: You will gain deep insights into consumer understanding, effective communication strategies, category management, brand building principles, and campaign/media fundamentals, including eCom brand media. You will learn to drive and measure contributions to KPIs including brand initiative delivery, insights translation, in-store and digital excellence contributions, project impact results, and personal skills growth.
• In Finance: You will develop a strong foundation in commercial finance, focusing on P&L and margin analysis, accurate forecasting, and finance-driven decision-making. You will learn to analyze and impact KPIs such as forecast accuracy, value creation cases, margin waterfall understanding, project outcomes, and personal finance skills development.
