Job LocationCINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICESJob DescriptionThe OpportunityContent House (CoHo) is P&G Personal Care’s hybrid in-house creative agency, delivering high-quality, scalable content across brands including Herbal Essences, Aussie, and Pantene.As CoHo continues to scale, the Hair POD requires a single-threaded owner of execution—ensuring work moves from idea → production → live with speed, accuracy, and compliance across an increasingly complex content ecosystem.The RoleThe Hair POD Program Manager – Content Delivery & Operationsowns defined Hair content workstreams end-to-end, translating direction into execution across project planning, production delivery, and asset operations (talent and trafficking).Typical deliverables include:Organic & Paid Social content including seasonal offeringsCurated creator content (e.g., skits, mashups)BannersThis role ensures:Work is planned, produced, and delivered on time and on specAssets are compliant, trafficked, and live correctlyTeams are aligned across Brand, Creative, Production, and MediaThis is a high-accountability execution role, requiring strong discipline, ownership, and productivity mindset to deliver consistent results within established CoHo systems.Core Responsibilities1. Content Delivery (Program Management)Own end-to-end execution of assigned Hair content workstreamsTranslate direction into clear timelines, trackers, and deliverablesCoordinate across Brand, Creative, Production, and Media teams to drive deliveryMaintain visibility into workstreams; proactively manage risks and dependenciesEnsure delivery aligns with defined scope, priorities, and guardrails2. Production & Delivery ExecutionOwn day-to-day execution across production and post-production workflowsSupport content creation including social-first shoots and skit content captureCoordinate timelines, resources, and approvals across production and postEnsure smooth transition from production → post-production → final deliveryManage delivery of assets across formats (social, OLV, banners) and ensure readiness for trafficking3. Talent & Usage OwnershipManage talent usage across assigned workstreams; ensure compliance with usage termsTrack contracts, rights, and expirations; proactively flag risksMaintain accurate records (AD-ID, asset linkage, usage details)Ensure all content is executed within approved legal and usage guardrails4. Trafficking & Asset DeliveryOwn trafficking of creative assets across platforms and media channelsEnsure assets are delivered accurately, on time, and in the correct formatsExecute uploads, swaps, and updates across systemsMaintain asset tracking systems and ensure data accuracyPartner with Media teams to support launches and optimization5. Financial & Operational StewardshipManage POs, budgets, and reconciliation across assigned workstreamsTrack invoices and validate proof of performanceIdentify and resolve discrepancies earlyEnsure execution aligns with CoHo SOPs and governance frameworks6.
