Job LocationBOSTON GO & TECH CENTERJob DescriptionAre you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by making complex commercial routines run smoothly? In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for the Grooming Sales and Market Strategy & Planning organization, ensuring meetings, events, communications, procurement processes, and field support activities are executed efficiently and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesFoster a positive team culture through collaboration, communication, recognition, and partnership across customer teams, field partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and help remove barriers to keep priorities moving forward.Manage calendars, meeting logistics, room reservations, AV readiness, and office routines using best-in-class administrative practices.Coordinate customer meetings, leadership events, new hire onboarding, large meeting support, and other organization-wide activities with strong attention to detail and fiscal responsibility.Support procurement, purchase orders, materials management, and in-store or field execution needs.Continuously improve processes, adopt best practices, and leverage tools and insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.Work Arrangement: Primarily in-office, four days per week.Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, shipping and mailing, and managing data and business meetings.
