This role is responsible for supporting the HR function at one of our manufacturing plants, ensuring the well-being and development of all employees at the site. This role reports to the North Chicago Plant Site HR Leader.Key Responsibilities:Build autonomy and personal initiative within the HR team.Lead small projects or initiatives related to HR processes and policies.Understand HR systems and consistently deliver results via operational excellence.Identify key business building opportunities within the plant.Balance employee needs with business needs, with the help of your manager.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and projects.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
