Job LocationSINGAPORE TC-BIOPOLISJob DescriptionOverview of roleSkin care continues to a key focus area for P&G and this position offers the opportunity for an individual to lead and shape future skin care product development and innovation programs, collaborate across multi-functional teams, and contribute directly to the next wave of Skin Care growth and sustainability transformation initiatives.Your teamLocated at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis, you will report to a R&D Director based locally and will be part of growing team of functional and technical experts in leading projects in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver end-to-end product development for Skin ProductExplore new materials and chemistries to design new skin care productsDevelop & execute plans to optimize current products portfolioDrive innovation and technical excellenceDevelop new hypotheses, test methods, experimentations & modelling to accelerate product designBuild robust data packages and provide clear, actionable analysis for decision-makingCollaborate cross-functionally and externallyPartner closely with R&D teams globally (in SGIC, KIC, BJIC and MBC)Engage with external suppliers and partners to enable rapid prototyping and executionLead and influence within the organizationContribute to technical strategy and innovation roadmapLearn and Build IP Strategy and wide moatJob QualificationsBachelors, Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field2-5 years relevant experience in product design or technology developmentProven ability to design experiments, analyze data, and generate insights to drive decisionsExperience in Modeling and Simulation is a big plusDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration skills across multi-functional and multicultural teamsAbility to clearly communicate complex technical findings and influence stakeholdersStrong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving and learning agilityHigh level of rigor and attention to detailCuriosity and passion for innovation in consumer productsResilience and adaptability in a dynamic, growth-oriented business environmentAbout UsWe produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
