Our site has almost 600 full-time employees split between technicians, engineers, and support personnel working in a variety of operating or support departments.The RoleWe are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our Site Engineering team. This team focuses on capital projects affecting facilities, construction, utilities, and other total site initiatives. The current priority is delivering 2 new warehouses with supply chain 4.0 technologies to drive manufacturing and inventory excellence. The work schedule is on-site, Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will strategically manage and drive top notch execution of specific project activities within the warehouse construction scope. This will vary from a portfolio of smaller projects (typically 3-5) to full ownership of a larger-scale project. Project budgets range from $100K to $100 million and reflect a mix of self-owned and cross functional, collaborative initiatives.Ultimately, you will help increase the output of our plant! There will be management of other opportunities down the line for this position, but not within initial role scope.Manage strategic projects across site, region, and business unit stakeholdersCreate front end technical base plansWork with a central project delivery team based in CincinnatiPrepare project timelines inclusive of key project milestones, providing transparency to the project team(s) and communicating with cross-functional teamsManage risks and define resolution strategies while creating clarity in ambiguous situationsDevelop new processes and routines for increased visibility and accountabilityReport on project progress and communicate relevant information to manager & leadershipJob Qualifications5+ years of relevant project engineering experienceBS or MS in an Electrical Engineering, an electrically related technical degree, or relevant electrical experience (including military service)Demonstrated portfolio and project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFinancial and budget management experienceMulti-functional team leadership experienceDemonstrated technical mastery, leadership, & collaboration skillsPreferred:Prior manufacturing industry experienceProject manager certifications like CAPM, PMP, etcCompensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
