Required Qualifications

• Basic experience in incident response and troubleshooting. (experience)
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Spyglass). (experience)
• Understanding of data architecture and processing tools (e.g., Databricks). (experience)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills for incident documentation and coordination. (experience)
• Good to have: Certified in DevOps Foundation, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft’s AZ900 or Databricks Fundamentals (certification)

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis to ensure rapid resolution.
• Support ongoing operations by maintaining platform reliability and performance.
• Implement and enhance observability solutions for effective monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of incident management and operational processes.
