Reporting to the VP, Entitlements East Region, this role partners with Capital Deployment, Development, Government Affairs, Legal, Communications, consultants, and public agencies to deliver approvals on schedule. The position combines technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic planning to support acquisitions, redevelopment, and complex entitlement initiatives while representing Prologis with government and community stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Lead entitlement due diligence, zoning strategy, and public approval processes for multiple projects at a timeDevelop and implement an entitlements strategy for the Greater Toronto Area that positions Prologis proactively in communities and with municipalities.Partner with capital deployment to assess entitlement feasibility on acquisitions and redevelopment opportunities.Manage and provide strategic direction to multiple consultants supporting entitlement and development efforts across the region.
