Responsible for sourcing and procuring services and materials, negotiating contracts, managing stakeholders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement strategies align with business goals and objectives.

• RFP/RFI/RFQ Management: Lead the discovery and preparation process for RFP/RFI/RFQ using the approved Procurement toolkit, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and uncover opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement.

• Market Research & Supplier Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research and assess potential suppliers to evaluate their capabilities and fit for our organization.

• Vendor Selection & Contract Negotiation: Play a key role in the procurement process by supporting vendor selection, negotiating prices, and managing contracts to secure the best value for the organization.

• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

• Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management, leveraging insights to enhance operations.

• Cost-Saving Opportunities: Continuously monitor market trends and research suppliers to identify new opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency.

• Vendor Management Liaison: Work closely with the Vendor Management team to ensure continuous supply and risk management of strategic contracts, ensuring delivery aligns with contract goals and schedules.

• Advanced studies or Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as business administration, supply chain management, finance or related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing strategic sourcing and supplier management.

• Advanced English (oral and written skills).

• Strong negotiation and contract review/management skills.

• A proven team player with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize deliverables aligned with organizational strategy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
