Its mission is to define and implement requests from related departments concerning existing systems, as well as the designs and processes for new products and services. To meet these needs, the department collaborates with relevant teams and emphasizes high-agility development to deliver value quickly.Position:Why We HireRakuten Card is currently advancing the lift-and-shift of existing systems to the cloud and strengthening collaboration between development and operations teams (i.e., DevOps). In tandem, the backend team is proactively leveraging AI and accelerating agile development.
