This contributes to enhancing overall organizational engagement. Your planning and coordination skills are indispensable for the entire company to unite and achieve the Rakuten Group's mission.Key ResponsibilitiesOur group's core responsibilities primarily consist of the following three areas. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks aimed at fostering a sense of unity within the company and boosting employee motivation.1. Operation of Weekly All-Hands Meetings (ASAKAI)- Planning, preparation, and facilitation of weekly morning meetings attended by all eligible employees.- Supporting the foundation of company-wide communication by conveying messages from management, sharing important information, and facilitating Q&A sessions with employees.2. Management and Operation of the Internal Award System (Rakuten Award)- "Rakuten Award," which recognizes employee contributions and boosts motivation.3.
