The successful candidate will be expected to visualize and optimize cost structures, and standardize billing, settlement, and asset management processes, thereby establishing a stable operational foundation free from dependency on specific individuals. The primary mission is to build a "solid back-office framework" that ensures continuous business growth by optimally controlling management resources, including human resources, costs, and assets.Position:Why We HireWith the expansion of the Rakuten Mobile shop business, back-office operations-such as ID management, outsourcing management, billing/settlement, and asset management-are becoming increasingly complex. Therefore, we are hiring additional team members.Position DetailsIn this position, you will drive the standardization of various management operations, cost optimization, and improvement of resource allocation to ensure the stable operation and increased profitability of the Rakuten Mobile shop business.- Driving cost reduction by optimizing ID management and outsourced operations.- Stabilizing operations through the standardization of billing/settlement workflows and rigorous asset management.- Improving productivity by streamlining the division of duties and optimizing resource allocation.- Identifying unnecessary tasks/resources and establishing a framework for continuous improvement.Work EnvironmentResource Management Team: 5 people Breakdown: 1 Assistant Manager, 4 MembersMandatory Qualifications:- Proven experience in leading operations planning and implementation with a defined scope of responsibility within business operations- Practical experience in administrative or management tasks, such as billing processing, settlement operations, vendor/outsourcing management, ID management, or asset management.- Experience taking ownership of streamlining workflows, reviewing operational rules, standardization, or business process improvement.- Experience collaborating, coordinating, and confirming details with multiple related departments and external vendors to execute tasks accurately.- Experience managing data/metrics, tracking progress, and organizing issues using Excel or various management tools.Desired Qualifications:- Experience in accounting-related operations.- Experience in back-office operations, such as invoice issuance.Other Information:Additional information on LocationJapan, TokyoAdditional information on TransferYes (Possibility of both domestic/international business trips and relocation)Additional information on English QualificationTOEIC score of 600 or higher#corporate #BusinessManagement #groupsalesdiv Languages:English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate)、 Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
