Department OverviewMarketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation.The Planning and Management Section is responsible for strategy development, budgeting, KPI and PL analysis and management in the marketing department of Rakuten Mobile. We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to our growth by transforming data into actionable strategies.Based on your experience and skills, your responsibilities will include:- Strategic discussions with management: Discuss the direction of the business with management based on figures linked to the company-wide strategy, and support decision-making.- Budgeting and actual/budget management: Manage the budget for Rakuten Mobile's marketing department.- Management accounting: Create weekly KPI and PL forecasts linked to budget management and provide input to executives. - Data analysis: Utilize BI tools to analyze marketing activity data and clarify insights. - Promotion of important projects: Lead the planning and promotion of important projects directly linked to business growth based on requests from management.
