MVNOs are telecommunications carriers that provide new value to the world by combining their own services and sales channels with Rakuten Mobile's services.As such, there are as many different needs as there are partners, and we possess various functions to meet those needs. We provide thorough training for those who are not familiar with the telecommunications industry or the concept of MVNOs, creating an environment where even those without experience can succeed.Position:Why We HireWe are aiming to expand our service planning and business development functions to meet various needs. Through negotiations with senior management such as executives, you can gain valuable experience that will lead to your future career.Position Details- Service PlanningPlan and consider services to realize the requests of partners. You will handle everything from service plans and pricing to marketing and profit/loss forecasting.- Business DevelopmentPlan large projects that could become pillars of Rakuten Mobile's business a few years from now, with a broader scope than service planning. You can gain a wide range of experience not only in business knowledge but also in system development, law, accounting, etc.- Project ManagementPerform PM work for approved service development and business development projects. The focus is on stakeholder coordination and progress management to actually shape the business you have conceived.Work EnvironmentThe entire section currently has a team of about 20 people, and it is expected to expand to an organization of about 30 to 50 people in the future. Among them, the Partner Sales Promotion Management Group consists of about 5 to 7 people, and we work in a balanced manner so that the workload is not biased toward one person.Members with a wide range of careers, from experienced mid-career professionals to young staff, are enrolled.
