In this position, you will develop specialized expertise by leading the establishment and operation of incident management frameworks essential for a global enterprise.Key Responsibilities1. Incident Handling and Policy Development- Evaluate the impact of reported incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage the operation of recurrence prevention processes.- Coordinate with internal departments to develop, revise, and maintain internal rules and regulations.- Conduct comprehensive reviews of integrated risk management and design operational frameworks.2. Executive Reporting- Prepare and present materials for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and risk-related committees.- Develop decision-making support materials, including analysis of incident trends and strategic recommendations.3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Coordination- Coordinate with risk-related departments, business units, and group companies.- Provide internal support by responding to inquiries regarding risks and incidents.4. Training & Awareness- Conduct risk management training and awareness programs for new employees, managers, and business units.- Promote risk management culture to proactively prevent incidents.5.
