IT Governance Policy Group within the Technology Management Division oversees the establishment, evaluation, improvement activities, and policy creation of IT governance.Position:Why We HireWe are seeking for IT Governance professional with knowledge and experience to strengthen IT governance, and to improve operations.Position DetailsAs the IT Governance professional in the Technology Management Division, this person will be responsible for contributing to the establishment and evaluation of IT governance, and the continuous improvement of internal controls.Responsibilities- Conceptualizing and establishing IT governance frameworks, and improving operations- Ensuring consistency and efficiency of IT governance through collaboration with other departments- Codification of IT governance policies- Increasing awareness and education within organizations regarding IT governance- Collect IT Industry best practices and research competitor as benchmarkMandatory Qualifications:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing organizational policies and regulation- Native Level Japanese proficiency- Business Level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or above)- Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment- Solid knowledge of IT governance, strong problem-solving, consulting, and interpersonal skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong sense of ownership and responsibilityDesired Qualifications:- Experience in developing and implementing IT governance policies utilizing COBIT, ISO, ITIL standards- Experience in leading IT governance development projects- Experience in system development related work- Have a certification related to IT Governance, such as COBIT and ITIL #corporate#technologymanagement#technologymanagementdivLanguages:English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
