We are looking for a leader who can drive organization-wide DX and cloud initiatives based on solid technical insight.Position DetailsInnovation of Development Processes & Governance for DX:- Promote the standardization and adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture to accelerate development speed.- Redesign the entire development lifecycle workflow (from requirement definition to release) with an AI-driven development mindset.- Introduce metrics to visualize organizational performance (e.g., DORA metrics) and establish continuous improvement cycles.
