Collaborate with other teams to provide practical, solution-oriented advice that accelerates launches and innovation.- Dispute Resolution: Handle disputes with customers and suppliers.- Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.Work EnvironmentOrganizational Structure- Number of Employees (L2: 1, L2.5: 1, L3: 3, L4/L5: 2)- Age Range: Primarily 30s to 40s- Ratio of New Graduates to Mid-Career Hires: New Graduates: Mid-Career Hires (1:9)Background of Mid-Career Hires- Law firms, IT, consulting, manufacturers, etc.Mandatory Qualifications:- LL.B., J.D., LL.M., or equivalent degree.- At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in law firm or as an in-house legal professional.
