Rather than responding passively to requests from business divisions, active involvement is required, such as designing contract relationships while considering the overall picture of the transaction, and involving the parties concerned to lead to the resolution of the case with a sense of speed.Depending on aptitude and circumstances, you may be assigned to the Corporate Legal Division within the department or to the legal department of a group company (on loan).Mandatory Qualifications:- Individuals with corporate legal practice experience (approximately 7+ years) or legal practice experience with a bar license (approximately 3+ years)- High level of self-motivation and strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders- Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skillsDesired Qualifications:- Experience in Internet or Web business industry- Experiences of governmental/administrative regulations- Experiences of legal support for M&A, or litigations #corporate #legal #IP #audit #operationdivLanguages:English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
