Within this department, you will be responsible for building new service operation flows, improving existing operations, and managing the vendors who execute those operations. You will participate in the business as a core member for future business expansion, aiming to achieve the No. 1 carrier status. We are responsible for the reliable delivery of Rakuten Mobile (B2B) products and services to our end-users.We execute our logistics operations with a awareness of cost, while being understanding Japanese regulations, internal processes, and service level agreements.You will develop expertise in varius logistics areas of business knowledge, procurement, inventory management, transportation flows, IT system, and legal aspects.
