Furthermore, we are responsible for the all-hands meeting operations for Rakuten Mobile, Inc. (RM), extending our expertise to support internal communication across both companies.Position:Why We HireHiring to Support Business Expansion.Position DetailsJoin our RTS Internal Communications Group and take charge of planning and executing all-hands meetings for RM/RTS employees, and RTS’s internal communication initiatives to foster engagement and collaboration across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and execute all-hands meetings for RM/RTS employees- Plan and execute RTS’s employee engagement events- Develop RTS’s internal communications contents (planning, interviewing, channel/portal updates, etc.) using internal platforms- Plan, prepare, and execute follow-up sessions related to the RM’s internal employee recognition program- Conduct post-event surveys, analyze results, and propose improvementsPreferred Candidate:We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can collaborate effectively with both RM/RTS’s stakeholders and share information clearly.
