IT Management Section is responsible for executing various initiatives based on IT Governance Management Department's mission and deploying them company-wide. Position DetailsYou will be employed by Rakuten Group, Inc. and will be responsible for driving forward various IT environments at Rakuten Mobile, Inc.Specifically:- Operational duties involving registration and other tasks within various systems as part of the internal IT management system.- Conducting audits based on internal IT management regulations to verify that sites are operating in accordance with established rules.- Providing on-site implementation support for internal IT systems, including explaining usage methods, responding to queries from sites, and addressing requests for improvements.
