Because this role requires flexibility, it is challenging and helps you develop strong, advanced problem-solving skills.Position Details・Support for payroll processing for employees on overseas assignments・Annual administrative support for employees departing for overseas assignments (including TEQ, year-end tax adjustments upon departure, and tax filing upon return)・Administration and tracking of overseas assignee information・Operations related to international transfers (moving employees to overseas entities)・Improving operational processes・Handling inquiries from assignees・Other related tasksNote: You may also be asked to participate in and manage projects within the team, as well as cross-functional projects across the department (e.g., QCC activities or handling transfer cases).Work EnvironmentThe Global Mobility & Coordination Group, part of the HR Operations Section within the Employee Relations Department, consists of approximately five members.
