We work closely with software and AI engineers in order to deliver the best solutions to our users.We work with Agile, are passionate about our product and its continuous improvement through AI.Position:Position DetailsAs a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our recommendation and personalization capabilities. You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful adoption of our platform across Rakuten's various business units. You will be at the forefront of leveraging data and technology to create personalized recommendation experiences that delight our users and drive business growth.・ Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Contribute to the overall product roadmap for the recommendation and personalization platform, aligning with Rakuten's strategic objectives・ Deep Dive into Data: Develop a deep understanding of data processing pipelines and algorithms to identify opportunities to connect user needs and pain points with innovative product improvements・ Unlock Business Value: Spearhead the rollout of existing platform features to various business units, translating technical capabilities into tangible business impact and revenue growth・ Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with internal Business Units (BUs) across Rakuten Group to understand their specific needs and challenges, and collaborate on solutions that leverage the recommendation platform. Proactively address UI/UX limitations to enhance the user experience・ Support and Leverage Technical effort: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define clear and concise product specifications for company-wide, cross-functional projects.
